Zari Contour Refund & Returns Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.

Returns

• You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
• Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, email us at info@zaricontour.store with your order number and reason for return.

Non-Returnable Items

• Sale or discounted items
• Items damaged due to misuse

Refunds

• Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method.

Exchanges

• We only replace items that are defective or damaged. Email us at info@zaricontour.store to arrange an exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.
